"A Presidential Victory?"

During the past year I have been involved in a series
of wide ranging conversations with the Lord. During the last few months more and
more of our conversations have centered around
1.) The future of the United States and
2.) President Clinton and his unsavory activities.
The following is mostly the gist of a conversation I had this morning with the Lord
sprinkled with some insights the Master has shared with me on earlier occasions.
The matter discussed this morning was about what seems to many to be a major victory
for President Clinton resulting from his acquittal by the United States Senate yesterday.
In response to my questions concerning the events surrounding President Clinton and
what we could expect to happen, if anything, from this point, the Lord said to me:
Mr. Clinton became President with my permission
and with the aid of the power of my hand. He ascended to this pinnacle of power because
it served my purposes to see what kind of Presidency he would establish and how would
he would be received by the people of your nation. Even prior to his election, his
seamy background became public knowledge and was spread by your media throughout
your land. With information concerning the low state of his morality becoming common
knowledge, alarm warnings should have sounded throughout your land. Red flags of
major concern should have been waved vigorously by your media pundits. For has not
your land since its very inception held strongly to the belief that those who would
serve in elected office should do so only if they met the most rigorous standards
concerning morality and ethics. With a promise and assurances from Mr. Clinton that
all these matters were no longer a part of his life, you as a people accepted his
word because you wanted to believe him. And from that position you proceeded with
developing and grooming your love affair with this man for he was perceived by most
of you to be a man not unlike yourselves. A true man of the people.
The statement he made to the world at that time was a lie and he has continued unabated
in that lie, even unto this day. Much has been exposed over the past four years about
this man by various investigations, which were initiated at My behest, for it was
my intention to expose the corruption of this man to see how you as a people would
receive it. And let me assure you that this which has been exposed is only the tip
of a very large iceberg for this man has been, and still is, corrupt to core. The
Most Holy Spirit has reached out to Mr. Clinton, especially during this year of exposure
to public scorn. A part of this man did respond to The Most Holy Spirit's ministrations
and he did respond initially with sorrow, shame and conviction. But when this conviction
came up against the bulk of his prideful, arrogant and shameless personality, the
conviction quickly lost its position of supremacy and was soon cast away, only to
be revived and revisited when it suited Mr. Clinton's purposes.
Mr. Clinton's reaction to his victory yesterday and today has been, if nothing else,
triumphantly arrogant in its character. A man who should be cast down in his spirit
for the utter degrading shame of his past year's experience shows no evidence of
repentance. Instead of tearing his garments and pouring ashes over his head, he has
given his surrogates marching orders to destroy those who had dared to bring him
to account. A man of such shame should have resigned from this office a year ago,
but his pride would not permit him to do that which would have been honorable.
You swagger and exult in your victory, Mr. Clinton, but I tell you that what you
now consider to be a sweet savor in your mouth shall soon become a very bitter pill.
What seems to you now to be a solid victory will soon dissolve into nothingness for
I am about to strip away all your garments revealing your corrupt nakedness for all
to see. Now you smirk, but soon your life shall be turned upside down and every attempt
you make to cover your corrupt and contemptible nakedness shall fail. You have been
given every opportunity to repent, to change your ways and these you have foolishly
spurned and rejected. Because you have rejected Me, you shall not complete this term
of your presidency for I have determined to bring you down and to bring you down
quickly and not gently. For after all you could not even find within yourself the
strength of character to sign into law an attempt to protect the unborn who are being
slaughtered in your land while they are in the very act of being born. What kind
of man is it that will permit this kind of conduct to continue when it is within
his power to stop these abominable procedures? It is the kind of man who must face
justice from Him whose heart is broken over the destruction of each of these little
innocent ones! Can you Mr. Clinton lay claim to any innocence concerning this? And
what kind of a nation are you leading that will sanction such horrific things? I
say to you, you are leading a nation which is also been found lacking and it too
shall come quickly under my harsh judgement and it too shall fall and be shamed.
Can you people of this nation lay any claim to innocence on these matters? Can you
claim innocence while at the same time embrace this man as your leader and say he
does most everything quite well even if he sometimes conducts himself immorally?
I say to you, you can make no just claim, for have you not said, "He is a true
man of the people!" He is little different than most of you and most of that
difference is only in a matter of degree.
Your nation has been teetering on the edge of a great chasm of My judgement for nearly
forty years now. During that time untold millions of your unborn have been slaughtered
on your great altar of convenience and not one of their cries has escaped My hearing!
During that same time I have stayed my hand on countless occasions from casting you
into that chasm, for the destruction you most certainly deserve, for you have been
a nation I have formed and loved. During that same period of time many of your churches
have become nearly emptied. Where once your nation was noted for being filled with
churches that were afire for the Lord, you have now become a nation where most of
the people who do attend church are there mostly going through the motions. As for
Me, I departed from most of your churches years ago because you no longer felt much
of a need for me to be there. Where I AM not wanted it is usually hard to find me.
And to make matters worse, most of you cast Me abruptly aside in your urgency to
go a whoring after the goddess of mammon, your newest love. And she is something
that you can't simply get enough of. Although satiated by her, you continually strut
before her, seeking out more of her favors. I say to you, am I not a jealous God?
Will I not destroy your whoring ways and once again lay my claim upon you? Is not
all that I might do in the way of bringing judgement to your nation to bring it back
within My fold acceptable and a just way for your Righteous and Holy Father to conduct
Himself? Does not my Word state that a loving father chastises and corrects his children?
Do not expect me to be any less loving! Wake up my children! How can you not see
clearly My handwriting that I have put upon the walls of your nation! My Rod of Correction
is raised and poised to strike! You are hanging in the balance and you are found
to be wanting! Prepare yourselves! Breakout your sackcloth and ashes! Cry out to
your Lord and be saved in this time of trouble, for trouble is certainly coming!
"It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God" (Hebrews 10:31).
"Now consider this, ye that forget God,
lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver" (Psalm 50:22).
"Thou, even Thou, art to be feared: and
who may stand in Thy sight when once Thou art angry?" (Psalm
76:7).
"Who knoweth the power of Thine anger?
even according to Thy fear, so is Thy wrath" (Psalm 90:11).
"But a certain fearful looking for of
judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries" (Hebrews 10:27).
"For our God is a Consuming Fire" (Hebrews 12:29).
