Edification: The
Victory
List
"Let all those that put their trust
in Thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because Thou defendest them: let them
also that love Thy name be joyful in Thee. For Thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous;
with favour wilt Thou compass him as with a shield"
(Psalm 5:11,12).

Preface
The dormant power that is lying in the Word waiting for us to read, and believe,
and then step into the overcoming life is staggering!! This is a "Victory List"
and contains just about every Scripture (that I have been able to find) where God
tells us "Forget satan - he's no news and he has absolutely no power to spoil
any area of your life!!"
The following verses in the Bible contain Promises
of great strengthening and protection to the Believer.
While by no means intended to be comprehensive, most of God's Words of Encouragement
are included here. I suggest you consider printing the list below and starting a
methodical "study time" underlining programme!
Taking a Bible and underlining these verses (a time consuming task admittedly), will
however leave you with Words of Encouragement usually jumping off the page whenever
& wherever you may randomly choose to open your Bible! ( I use a green pencil
which works well with a Red Letter Bible.)
... I hope this information further opens up God's power in His Word to you in a
fresh and more vital way; should you embark on this exercise!... God Bless You richly!
LET'S GET SET FREE!
May God POUR out His richest blessings on you.
In His love,
Rob
Note from WStS: This
is an excellent study that proves God is ALL we need to have His Victory in ALL areas
of our lives.
"How Excellent is Thy Lovingkindness,
O God!" (Psalm
36:7-10).
"What shall I render unto the LORD
for all His benefits toward me? I will take the Cup Of Salvation, and call upon the
Name of the LORD" (Psalm 116:12-13).

in the land that floweth with milk and honey."

"And these Words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

multiply thee: He will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land,
thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of
thy sheep, in the land which He sware unto thy fathers to give thee. Thou shalt
be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you,
or among your cattle. And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will
put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but
will lay them upon all them that hate thee."

knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that He might make thee know that
man doth not live by bread only, but by every Word that proceedeth out of
the mouth of the LORD doth man live."
- De 8:7-10
"For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks
of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; A land of
wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive,
and honey; A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not
lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest
dig brass. When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy
God for the good land which He hath given thee."
- De 8:12-13,18
"... thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied,

And ye shall teach Them your children, speaking of Them when thou sittest in thine
house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest
up... That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land
which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of Heaven upon the
earth. For if ye shall diligently keep all these Commandments which I command
you, to do Them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, and to cleave
unto Him; Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye

thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess
it: Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to
observe to do all these Commandments which I command thee this day. For the LORD
thy God blesseth thee, as He promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many
nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they
shall not reign over thee. If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren
within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt
not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother: But thou shalt
open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need,
in that which he wanteth... Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not
be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD
thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand
unto. For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying,
Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy,
in thy land."
- De 16:10-11
"And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God with a tribute
of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the LORD thy
God, according as the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: And thou shalt rejoice
before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant,
and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and
the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy
God hath chosen to place His Name there."
- De 16:15
"Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place
which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all
thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely
rejoice."
- De 26:11-15
"And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the LORD thy God hath given
unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that
is among you. When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase
the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite,
the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates,
and be filled; Then thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away the
hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and
unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all Thy Commandments
which Thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed Thy Commandments, neither have
I forgotten them: I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away
ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have
hearkened to the voice of the LORD my God, and have done according to all that Thou
hast commanded me. Look down from Thy Holy Habitation, from Heaven, and bless
Thy people Israel, and the land which Thou hast given us, as Thou swarest unto
our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey."
- De 26:18.19
"And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be His peculiar people, as He hath
promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all His Commandments; And to make thee
high above all nations which He hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour;
and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as He hath spoken."
- De 28:1-14
"And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice
of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all His Commandments which I command thee
this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of
the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou
shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the
city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body,
and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine,
and the flocks of thy sheep. Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store. Blessed shalt
thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. The LORD
shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face:
they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. The
LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou
settest thine hand unto; and He shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy
God giveth thee. The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto Himself, as He
hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the Commandments of the LORD thy God, and
walk in His ways. And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the
name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee. And the LORD shall make thee
plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and
in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to
give thee. The LORD shall open unto thee His Good Treasure, the heaven to give the
rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou
shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. And the LORD shall make
thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt
not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the Commandments of the LORD thy God, which
I command thee this day, to observe and to do Them: And thou shalt not go aside from
any of the Words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left,
to go after other gods to serve them."
- De 29:9
"Keep therefore the Words of this Covenant, and do Them, that ye may prosper
in all that ye do."
- De 29:29
"The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are
revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the
Words of this Law."
- De 30:5
"And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed,
and thou shalt possess it; and He will do thee good, and multiply thee above
thy fathers."
- De 30:9
"And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine
hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit
of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good,
as He rejoiced over thy fathers."
- De 30:19-20
"I call Heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before
you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and
thy seed may live: That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey
His voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto Him: for He is thy life, and the length
of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy
fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them."
- De 31:6-8
"Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD
thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong
and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the
LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit
it. And the LORD, He it is that doth go before thee; He will be with thee, He
will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed."

for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations. So
Job died, being old and full of days."

through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with

be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave."

"Oh how great is Thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them
that fear Thee; which Thou hast wrought for them that trust in Thee before

want to them that fear Him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they
that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. Come, ye children, hearken
unto Me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD. What man is he that desireth life,
and loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips

be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with His hand. I have
been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor
his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.
Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore. For the LORD loveth

though thou hast not known Me: That they may know from the rising of the sun, and

Thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed,
he shall prolong his days, and the Pleasure Of The LORD shall prosper in
his hand."
- Isa 54:8-14
"In a little wrath I hid My face from thee for a moment; but with Everlasting
Kindness will I have Mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.
For this is as the waters of Noah unto Me: for as I have sworn that the waters of
Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be
wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be
removed; but My Kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the
Covenant Of My Peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath Mercy on thee.
O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy
stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. And I will
make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant
stones. And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and Great shall be the

shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror;
for it shall not come near thee."

saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways HIGHER
than your ways, and My Thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down,
and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and
maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the
eater: So shall My WORD be that goeth forth out of My mouth: It shall not return
unto Me void, but It Shall Accomplish that which I please, and It Shall Prosper in
the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with Joy, and be led
forth with Peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you
into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands."

and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him."
- Isa 58:6-11
"Is not this the Fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness,
to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every
yoke? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the
poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover
him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Then shall thy
Light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily:
and thy Righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall
be thy Rereward. Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou
shalt cry, and He shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of
thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity; And if thou
draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then
shall thy Light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday: And

fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a Watered Garden, and like a Spring
of Water, whose waters fail not."

thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it."

"As for Me, this is My Covenant with them, saith the LORD; My Spirit that is
upon thee, and My Words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of
thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of
thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever."

Note: Even though the LORD is referring to a future, repentant, Israel in much of
this section of Isaiah-- by faith, as ones grafted in
("And
if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted
in among them, and with them partakest of the Root..." Romans 11:17)-- we (as Christian
Gentiles) can claim these Promises even now, whenever They fill our need. This rule
fits all of Scripture, for "All
Scripture is given by Inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof,
for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect,
thoroughly furnished unto all good works" (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

- Isa 60:1-5
"Arise, shine; for thy Light is come, and the Glory of the LORD is risen
upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness
the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and His Glory shall be seen upon
thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy Light, and kings to the Brightness
of thy rising. Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves
together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters
shall be nursed at thy side. Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine
heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be
converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee."
- Isa 60:19
"The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the
moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an Everlasting Light,
and thy God thy Glory."
- Isa 61:1-3
"The Spirit of the LORD GOD is upon Me; because the LORD hath anointed Me to
preach Good Tidings unto the meek; He hath sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim Liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison
to them that are bound; To proclaim The Acceptable Year Of The LORD, and
The Day Of Vengeance Of Our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint
unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them Beauty for ashes, The
Oil Of Joy for mourning, The Garment Of Praise for the spirit of heaviness;
that they might be called Trees Of Righteousness, The Planting Of The LORD,
that He might be Glorified."
- Isa 61:6-11
"But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers
of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye
boast yourselves. For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they
shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall
possess the double: Everlasting Joy shall be unto them. For
I the LORD love Judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering;
and I will direct their work in Truth, and I will make an Everlasting Covenant
with them. And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring
among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the
seed which the LORD hath blessed. I will greatly rejoice in the LORD,
my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He hath clothed me with The Garments
Of Salvation, He hath covered me with The Robe Of Righteousness, as a
Bridegroom decketh Himself with ornaments, and as a Bride adorneth herself with
her jewels. For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth
the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the LORD GOD will cause Righteousness
and Praise to spring forth before all the nations."
- Isa 62:1-3
"For Zion's sake will I not hold My peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I
will not rest, until The Righteousness thereof go forth as Brightness,
and The Salvation thereof as A Lamp That Burneth. And the Gentiles shall see
thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a New
Name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name. Thou shalt also be a Crown Of
Glory in the hand of the LORD, and a Royal Diadem in the hand of thy God."

they are My people, children that will not lie: so He was their Saviour."

Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for My servants' sakes, that
I may not destroy them all. And I will bring forth a Seed out of Jacob, and out
of Judah an Inheritor of My mountains: and Mine elect shall inherit it, and My
servants shall dwell there."
- Isa 65:16-18
"That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God
of Truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of Truth;
because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from Mine
eyes. For, behold, I create New Heavens and a New Earth: and the former shall
not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for
ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing,
and her people a joy."
- Isa 65:22-24
"They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant,
and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of My people, and Mine
elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. They shall not labour in vain,
nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the Blessed of the LORD,
and their offspring with them. And it shall come to pass, that before they
call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear."
- Isa 66:13
"As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall
be comforted in Jerusalem."
- Isa 66:22
