"He that spared not His Own Son,
but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all
things?"
(Romans 8:32).

A Note from WStS:
There are many Miracles recorded in the WORD of God, and they are there to
provide us with a witness of our LORD's willingness to help us in times of need.
These Miracles prove that our LORD can, and will, "move Heaven and earth"
for us, when we are in need of such action. "Prove
Me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the Windows of Heaven" (Malachi 3:10). Here are a FEW examples of the Miracles that
follow which were wrought through the Servants of God:
- Miracle for Healing: 1 Kings 13:6 "And
the king answered and said unto the man of God, Entreat now the face of the LORD
thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God
besought the LORD, and the king's hand was restored him again, and became as it was
before."
- Miracle for Judgment: 1 Kings 17:1 "As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before Whom I stand, there
shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word."
- Miracle for Victory: Joshua 10:13 "And
the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves
upon their enemies... So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not
to go down about a whole day."
- Miracle for Escape: 2 Kings 2:11 "Elijah
went up by a Whirlwind into Heaven."
- Miracle for Preservation: Exodus 8:22-23 "I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which My people
dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I
am the LORD in the midst of the earth. 23 And I will put a division between My people and thy people: to morrow
shall this sign be."
- Miracle for Martrydom: Judges 16:30 "And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed
himself with all his might; and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people
that were therein. So the dead which he slew at his death were more than they which
he slew in his life."
- Miracle for Salvation: Acts 8:13 "Then
Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip,
and wondered, beholding the Miracles and Signs which were done."
- Miracle for Testimony: Acts 14:3 "Long
time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the LORD, which gave testimony unto
the Word of His grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands."
We are reminded that the Miracles
contained in God's WORD, seem especially abundant during difficult times of transition
for God's people, i.e., founding of the nation of Israel, establishing the Church,
the Tribulation Week. They are given for our edification and use in our own
difficult days of transistion. Please share with Mr. Torrey The Wonderful Watchcare
that is enjoyed by ALL of God's children.
He loves us so much!

make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that
appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand
that these men have provoked the LORD. 31 And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking

if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived."
Joshua
- Waters of Jordan divided. Joshua 3:10-17.
- Joshua 3:10
"And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you, and
that He will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites,
and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the
Jebusites. 11
Behold, the Ark of the Covenant of the LORD of all the earth passeth over before
you into Jordan. 12
Now therefore take you twelve men out of the tribes of Israel, out of every tribe
a man. 13
And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear
the Ark of the LORD, the LORD of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan,
that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above;
and they shall stand upon an heap. 14 And it came to pass, when the people removed from their
tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the Ark of the Covenant before
the people; 15
And as they that bare the Ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests
that bare the Ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all
his banks all the time of harvest,) 16 That the waters which came down from above stood and rose
up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that
came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off:
and the people passed over right against Jericho. 17 And the priests that bare the Ark of the Covenant of the
LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed
over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan."
- Jordan restored to its course. Joshua 4:18.

it came to pass, when the priests that bare the Ark of the Covenant of the LORD were
come up out of the midst of Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted
up unto the dry land, that the waters of Jordan returned unto their place, and flowed
over all his banks, as they did before."
- Jericho taken.
Joshua 6:6-20.
- Joshua 6:6 "And
Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the Ark of
the Covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the
ark of the LORD. 7
And he said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let him that is armed
pass on before the Ark of the LORD. 8 And it came to pass, when Joshua had spoken unto the people,
that the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns passed on before
the LORD, and blew with the trumpets: and the Ark of the Covenant of the LORD followed
them. 9
And the armed men went before the priests that blew with the trumpets, and the rereward
came after the Ark, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets. 10 And Joshua had
commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice,
neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout;
then shall ye shout. 11 So the Ark of the LORD compassed the city, going about it once:
and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp. 12 And Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took
up the Ark of the LORD. 13 And seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams' horns before the
Ark of the LORD went on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and the armed men
went before them; but the rereward came after the Ark of the LORD, the priests going
on, and blowing with the trumpets. 14 And the second day they compassed the city once, and returned
into the camp: so they did six days. 15 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose
early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner
seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times. 16 And it came to pass at the
seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people,
Shout; for the LORD hath given you the city. 17 And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are
therein, to the LORD: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with
her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent. 18 And ye, in any wise keep
yourselves from the accursed thing, lest ye make yourselves accursed, when ye take
of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it. 19 But all the silver,
and gold, and vessels of brass and iron, are consecrated unto the LORD: they shall
come into the treasury of the LORD. 20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets:
and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people
shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went
up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city."
- The sun and moon stayed. Joshua 10:12-14.
- Joshua 10:12 "Then
spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before
the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still
upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. 13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the
people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book
of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down
about a whole day. 14 And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD
hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD fought for Israel."

- Judges 7:16 "And

man's hand, with empty pitchers, and lamps within the pitchers. 17 And he said unto them, Look
on me, and do likewise: and, behold, when I come to the outside of the camp, it shall
be that, as I do, so shall ye do. 18 When I blow with a trumpet, I and all that are with me,
then blow ye the trumpets also on every side of all the camp, and say, The sword
of the LORD, and of Gideon. 19 So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came
unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and they had but
newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were
in their hands. 20
And the three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers, and held the lamps
in their left hands, and the trumpets in their right hands to blow withal: and they
cried, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon. 21 And they stood every man in his place round about the camp:
and all the host ran, and cried, and fled. 22 And the three hundred blew the trumpets, and the LORD set
every man's sword against his fellow, even throughout all the host: and the host
fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, and to the border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath."

said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil. 3 Then he said, Go,
borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not
a few. 4
And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons,
and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is

So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the

Works that I do shall he do also; and Greater Works than these shall he do; because
I go unto My Father"
