Definition:
Nothing is said that we cannot respectfully guess at what is the meaning
of the 7 Thunders of Revelation 10:4. Perhaps the 7 Thunders represent 7 of His Mighty
Saints of old. Enoch would preach the 2nd Coming. Jeremiah would boldly proclaim
God's judgment on Israel. James, as a Boanerges, would thunder God's grace. Peter
and Paul would preach the Gospel to Jew and Gentile alike. Martin Luther would proclaim
the necessity of faith, and Charles G. Finney would insist on holiness.
